for and in their own undeclared interests, contemptuous of 'The
Law' and the citizens rights under it.

They set a fine example: for them law exists not as they
serve undisclosed agendas, only.
- Targeting
the old and Vulnerable
- Read an old
age pensioner's letter to her local free paper. She
cannot afford to buy papers while the sycophants and
hypocrites promote their diatripe through the
condescending media barons and their stooges in an
allegedly well informed democratic state. Get ready for
the facts behind my present state and WHY I WAS TARGETED
by the evil in control of our society.
- Cause
for Concern
- Torment and torture is covered by law. Crimes against
humanity are covered by international law. Inhuman
treatment is coverd by the International Declaration and
the European Commision on human rights. Read of our own
Parliament's provisions (The
Criminal Justice Act 1988) and consider the
challenge of the Attorney General. Then prepare
yourself for that which I will be exposing in these pages.
- Contempt
for rights all the way and up to Ministers
- If you visited the challenge of the Attorney General (above)
you will recognise why 'The Law in no ass and why after
reading Charles Dickens' 'Bleak House' some 45 years ago,
the founder of *human-rights* (NGO) determined that only
the person who believes Charrles Dickens' view that the
law is a ass ('Pickwick Papers') IS a ass! Nothing but
pure and unadulterated contempt for the law by the
administrators and manipulators WILL BE RECOGNISED by one
and all who read my pages and what I will be exposing in
my web-site, along with other members of the *human-rights.org
Community On Line*. Read the introduction to the contempt page and recognise
the facts of life and the practices by and from within
the Law Enforcement Agencies, as you get the background
to a conviction 'secured through abuse of facilities at
the disposal of the manipulators'. They secured such a
conviction in the Judith Ward case, released her a score
minus three years later, paid her a pittance of a
compensation for her lost life and instead of prosecuting
the criminals who so indulged they rewarded them for
providing the media barons with the trash they love to
promote about the criminals in control, alongside their
page three mammary knockers.
- Free for
all, in Public Office
- Targeting and converting the properties and assets of the
citzens through abuse of the court facilities does amount
to a free for all . Persons retained as public servants
indulge in law breaking as they plunder the assets of the
citizens. They do so, care of the
modern day dictators in alleged democracies. Behind
it all the same old greed and teachings of old, care of
the manipulative and dishonest sycophants and hypocrites
in control of our legal system; probably the best system
in the world, sadly in the hands of the worst
administrators.
- Greedy
& Dishonest solicitors
- Use of 'privileged information and knowledge of 'the
established system of operations' did lead to abuse of
court faciltities. All instigated by the greedy and
dishonest behind it all. A Will and legacy, with details
in the hands of one such 'greedy manipulator' and the
scenario was set through abuse of 'police powers that
never existed'. No cause for reliance on 'concocted
powers' was called for, except to seek illegal
impositions through abuse of public office. Only the
dishonest and manipulative abusers of public office from
within the Law Enforcement Agencies as allowed (by
Ministers) to indulge, in the 'usual' free for all
practices could have procured and secured the present
state of affairs in my own well being (grossly violated
and denied rights) and the state of the nation - leading
to the apathy manifest in most citzens care of the
condescending media barons and their stooges. Keeeping
the citizens in the dark and promoting falsehoods and
planted misinformation the tools of the media, in an
alleged democracy.

- Left school at thirteen to work on the farms, got
interested in horses. Developped my own horse-training
techniques and became known as the horse whisperer.

Our ship and my shipmates took part in the sinking of the
pride of Hitler's navy the 'Sharnhost' when 1500 German
marines went down with her.

- Discovered over a period of ................ how corrupt
our public services including the police and the courts
were/are when an old woman was targeted and her
properties could have been converted to legal costs.
Through foul and inexcusable falsehoods, public servants
could have issued false instruments (judgements) to be
cashed against her assets. My interest and contribution
in combatting and challenging those vile acts by public
bodies and servants I was able to offer to that targeted
person as an expert witness because the scenario
concocted against the targeted victim / lady was based on
her stables and horses. Raising issue with the
authorities because of the blunt perjuries and falsified
/ inexcusable allegations by public servants amounted to
'who cares but you, you silly old man' from and by those
the public taxes, to meet their salaries, in order to
protect us from crime, such as I recognised.

- Targeted because of 'my interference' in the above case.
I did ruin the plans of the public sevants who took part
in the above attempt / scenario. Consequently, in a
simple civil court action I was subjected to unfair and
abusive use of the civil court's processes and facilities.
As a result an inexcusable and unjustified judgement was
entered against me. I carried on with my rights and
lodged a petition with and at the European Commission on
Human Rights. Eventually the verdict was unanimous,
against the manner in which I had been treated. I had,
after all, been the subject of unfair hearings behind
closed doors in contravention of Article 6 of the ECHR.

- The above results 'against the authorities' proved to be
another 'mistake on my part', as an interfering medler in
the practices of the abducters of our justice system. It
did not take long for the offenders to hatch up a new
assault on silly old me. I had been staying with and
looking after an old friend who had been ailing for some
time. Upon his demise I informed the family and the
nephew of my friend as beneficiary dashed back to the
United Kingdom from an overseas muntaineering trip while
his uncle was
